December 6th
I had a quick visit to the ramp this morning and among the 50+ Lapwing was a juvenile Golden Plover but apart from that just the usual Teal and Mallard with 1 Grey Heron and 1 Marsh Harrier. Had a bit of luck while standing against the large gate on Harrisons drove as a Sparrow Hawk made a kill just 30 or so feet away, it did not see me and hidden behind a tree i managed a couple of good shots, the prey i think was a Dunnock.
