October 11th
Very mild at Stodmarsh this morning despite the strong Westerly wind. I just spent half an hour at reed bed hide ,there are still small flock's of Sand martin's and Swallow's and approx 50 House martin's ,not much else apart from 1 Hobby. 10th October at Grove Ferry there was 1 Great white Egret at the ramp, also seen were 6 Bearded tit,1 Kingfisher, 2 Skylark and 1 Meadow pipit. 9th October Stodmarsh i watched a Snipe at reed bed hide bathing in front of the hide.
