Woodcock watch at Grove Ferry tonight produced lovely silhouetted views of 8 birds leaving roost against an orange backdrop sky. Also, 3 Water Pipits, 3 Marsh Harrier, 1 Grey Heron, c120 Lapwing, c250 Fieldfare and c500 Cormorants in.
