July 27th
I had a brief visit to Grove Ferry this morning and there was a Wood sandpiper at the ramp and 1 Great white egret. Also seen this morning were 3 House sparrows, 2 Whitethroat, 1 Linnet, 1 Bullfinch, 5 Bearded tit and 1 juvenile Marsh harrier. Yesterday the 26th i did the circuit in the morning and there were 180+ Greylag's at reedbed hide and the lake, 2 Green sandpiper, 1 Great white egret, 2 Little egret. 2 juvenile Marsh harrier, 1 Turtle dove and a few Swallow's .The water level at Harrisons hide is getting very low and at David Feast hide.
